Applying for new jobs is a difficult process, and Berlitz respects the time and effort you put into finding a position that suits you. Thus, Berlitz gives every application the attention it deserves and nevertheless responds quickly to those looking for jobs at Berlitz. Once you have successfully submitted your appication, the process moves on to three different interviews - one per telephone and two in person - before you take the step of signing a contract.
An overview of the Berlitz hiring process
One of the first things Berlitz looks at is how enthusiastic you are about the services the company provides for its customers as well as your commitment, energy, and professionalism, team spirit, and your ability to identify opportunities in challenges.
Once you have successfully made it through the screening process Berlitz will contact you to set up an initial telephone interview. Your telephone interview is your chance to explain what attracted you to the open jobs at Berlitz and what opportunities you expect to have if given the position. This is also the time to ask Berlitz representatives any questions you may have.
The next step is a face-to-face interview at the Berlitz center with the open position. You will get a chance to meet your potential boss, and both you and your boss can get to know each other in person to ensure that both of you have realistic expectations.
You will then be invited back for a second face-to-face meeting, at which point the time comes for you and for Berlitz to make a final decision. If everyone is on the same page, then you will be given a contract and welcomed to the team!
